Terms of Use

This offering comprises commercial software products and related materials of BEO GmbH (“BEO GmbH Programs”).
BEO GmbH Programs are separately licensed under the BEO GmbH Software License Agreement available at:

Governing Law & Venue
The laws of Germany apply (excluding CISG). Exclusive venue is Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.
Support & Maintenance
Standard support Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 CET/CEST via support@beo-software.de.
Planned maintenance may be announced with reasonable notice; emergency maintenance may occur.
Data Protection (GDPR)
Customer remains controller for its data; Publisher acts as processor (where applicable) solely to provide the App.
If Customer reasonably objects, both parties will confer in good faith; if unresolved, Customer may terminate the subscription for the affected Service with a pro-rata refund of prepaid, unused fees.
Security & Breach Notice
Publisher will notify Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach impacting the Service.
Export Controls & Sanctions
Customer will comply with applicable export, sanctions, and trade laws and will not allow access by sanctioned parties or for prohibited end uses.
Microsoft Dependencies
The App runs within Dynamics 365 Business Central (Online) on Microsoft infrastructure; availability, accounts, billing, and refunds follow Microsoft marketplace mechanics.
Microsoft outages or platform changes are outside Publisher’s control.
Data Access on Termination
Upon termination or expiry, Customer can export data via in-product features or Business Central APIs during the subscription term and for 30 days thereafter upon request.
Precedence
This Amendment modifies and prevails over conflicting terms of the Microsoft Standard Contract only as expressly stated above; otherwise, the Standard Contract governs.
